Director

G Srinivasa Raghavan is the Director of TVS Mobility Private Limited and Managing Director of TVS Automobile Solutions Private Limited. Juggling between various responsibilities, he has over 20 years of experience working globally across sectors like BFSI, Retail, Travel & Transportation. Prior to joining TVS in January 2013, he was heading the India Operations in TCS.

A Visionary leader, he has an undying passion for business, creates a workplace culture where each member feels genuinely valued, has a futuristic vision and transforms ideas into real-world success stories. Translating his ambition, dynamism and persistence, Srinivasa Raghavan has been the catalyst to growth and taken TVS Group of Companies to newer heights of success.

N. Krishnamoorthy

A veteran in Automotive Industry, Krishnamoorthy has vast exposure in Vehicle Sales & After Market for more than 40 Years. Known for his expertise in strategizing new processes to optimize growth, he has been instrumental in establishing overseas operations in the Distribution Business for TVS Group in Sri Lanka.

With a global exposure, he has served TVS Group in other overseas markets like South Africa, the UK, Europe, and Bangladesh and helped the company expand their international sales with global strategies.

S. Santhanagopalan

Additional Director
A certified CA, CMA and CS, Santhagopalan is the Chief Financing Officer at TVS Mobility Pvt Ltd. With a rich experience spanning over 4 decades, he has led finance teams of various MNCs through a significant transformation taking care of consolidation of accounts, Secretarial, Treasury, Corporate Tax, GST, Financial Reporting, New Venture/ Joint Ventures, Mergers and Acquisitions, Investors Relationship and Policy formulation.
Associated with TVS Mobility for over 2 years, he has been at the forefront of providing the group with financial and business implications. Competent and skilled, he is also known for his expertise in Project Management, Procurement and HR.

Kosei Sunada

Director
Kosei Sunada is a Director of TVS Vehicle Mobility Solutions Private Limited and a member of the Mobility Group at Mitsubishi Corporation. With over 18 years of experience in the automotive and mobility sectors, he brings extensive expertise in aftersales services, dealership operations, business development and cross-border partnerships.
Having been associated with the TVS Group for more than 8 years, including a secondment from Mitsubishi Corporation to TVS Automobile Solutions from 2018 to 2022, Sunada has served on the boards of several TVS Group companies, including TVS Automobile Solutions and Ki Mobility Solutions. Through his extensive experience in India and international markets, he has played a key role in strengthening strategic partnerships, enhancing corporate governance and advancing mobility-related businesses. He is also known for his expertise in joint venture management, automotive retail and sustainable business growth.

Takehiro Fujioka

Takehiro Fujioka is a Director of TVS Vehicle Mobility Solutions Private Limited and the General Manager of the India & Africa Business Department, Mobility Group at Mitsubishi Corporation. With over 20 years of experience in business development, mobility services and international business, he has led mobility transformation initiatives and strategic partnerships across Japan and overseas markets, particularly in India.
Prior to his current role, he served as Representative Director and Chief Strategy Officer of Next Mobility Co., Ltd., a joint venture established by Mitsubishi Corporation and Nishi-Nippon Railroad. He played a key role in developing AI-enabled on-demand transportation services and advancing new mobility solutions in Japan. Known for his hands-on approach and collaborative leadership style, Fujioka brings extensive expertise in joint venture management, new business creation and sustainable growth strategies.
